Meet The Lockman Team

If you had to use only one word to describe Ivan Diaz, that word would be …Enthusiastic. He is the type of man whose smile is contagious and his laugh infectious. Ivan has joyfully been with The Lockman for nearly two years, and he is a fantastic asset to the company. He considers the locksmith trade an art form and was eager to learn the craft after seeing friends in the business happy and successful. When asked why he loves his job, he responds, “the professionalism, discretion, kindness, and safety at this job are abundant.”  

The world of locksmithing is ever-changing, constantly evolving, and you must keep learning. Tara and Tony, owners of The Lockman, appreciate Ivan’s drive and ambition to learn more every day. When Ivan isn’t at work, you’ll find him with family. He is married to Eleonora Ávila, and together they have three children. The children are Ivan Alberto, an electrical engineer, Geliana Alejandra, an architecture student in Germany, And Danny, his sensei in karate. They are an impressive family, to say the least. You might also find Ivan cheering on his favorite team, the Caracas Lions baseball team. 

The owners of The Lockman are proud of the team they have assembled, and it’s easy to see why. When everyone shows up in the morning for work, it’s a jovial mood, and I caught them on a Monday morning! It is a pleasure to see this team support each other at work.
